Infants

Here at Sunshine Learning Academy we provide a "home away from home" program where your child's primary caregiver is a certified child development professional. Our infant teachers create experiences that support the development that occurs during that crucial first year. Each baby receives personalized attention and follows a unique schedule that aligns with their individual needs. All of our equipment is age appropriate that will support learning and development. We are proud of our parent-teacher relationships. We communicate on a daily basis to keep our parents informed.

Toddlers

In our toddler program we provide a fun, hands on learning experience for our energetic toddlers! They start developing friendships, building confidence, and gain a love for learning. We bring our classroom to life with our creative curriculum to ensure maximum fun and learning! Weekly art projects, monthly 3D art, vivid storytelling, puppet shows, role playing with props, music classes and various weekly themed play.

Preschool and Pre-k

Your preschoolers are now starting to become more independent, and it is our job to help smooth that transition. We are providing a nurturing and learning environment to get them ready for their upcoming elementary years. Children are expressing themselves through art, music and movement, dramatic play, small and large group activities, and large motor activities. Our teachers are constantly engaged and communicating with each student to guide activities and play. Both the three year old and four year old rooms are designed to support children’s development and challenge their growth.  We respect each child’s developmental timetable and tweak our activities to suit your child’s needs. We have exciting weekly abstract themes such as “Space Exploration” or “Fantastic Careers” to keep the children engaged. We will rotate toys and add additional materials to the room depending on the theme. Children love how there is something NEW and FUN each week.
